Diversity and Inclusion in Zonta: Equity and belonging, obstacles to achieving it, and approach for Zonta
Join the Greater Diversity Team as they explore best practices in diversity and inclusion for your club. The team will be joined by four Zonta members from around the world: Therese Hartwell (USA), Ann Margreth Hellberg (Sweden), Dilruba Ahmed (Bangladesh) and Zonta International Director Anne-Marie French Cudjoe (Ghana).
They will share:
• Their experiences and answer your questions about why diversity and inclusion are important.
• Key obstacles that prevent us from achieving an inclusive club.
• Ideas about how you can go about improving the diversity in your club.
