Delegates Orientation Monday, May 22 - Delegates Orientation Session Two - 5:00 pm CDT This is the essential session for all delegates and alternates, governors and past international presidents to attend to learn about their responsibilities during Convention. This session will review: o Fundamentals of the delegate handbook. o On-site check in process for a delegate or proxy. o Responsibilities when carrying a proxy vote. o Details on elections and the SimplyVoting platform. o Details on voting for convention business (including bylaws) and the handheld voting devices. o An opportunity to ask questions of the elections and credentialing committees.
